The programs supported benefit conflict resolution programs, education, indigenous peoples, poverty alleviation, and the environment in Latin America and the Caribbean.Your contribution to this Donor Advised Fund will support organizations such as Sembrando Sueños, the recipient of previous grants from the Alicia E. Pfund Fund.
Sembrando Sueños works with six rural schools in Santiago del Estero, the poorest province of Argentina, to change the culture of poverty and child labor. Sembrando Sueños provides material help to help children attend and stay in school. More importantly, Sembrando Sueños works personally with children, parents and teachers to instill in their minds the power of education to break out of the vicious cycle of poverty. When children move on to secondary school, Sembrando Sueños makes sure they have what they need to stay in school.
Your contribution to the Alicia E. Pfund Fund is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. We are grateful for your support.
