The Reston Chorale Endowment Fund

The Reston Chorale provides Western Fairfax County and the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area with the finest in choral music performance produced by amateur and professional musicians from the community. The Reston Chorale has excited audiences with its musical excellence and versatility since 1967. The Chorale is a large mixed-voice chorus with a full repertoire that varies in style from the great choral masterworks of Bach and Beethoven to the American classics of Gershwin, Copland, and Arlen. The Chorale has performed throughout the greater Washington D.C. area in such venues as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Washington National Cathedral, Filene Center, George Mason University Concert Hall, and the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center. In addition, the Chorale has been featured with the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William and Virginia Chamber orchestras.The Reston Chorale Endowment Designated Fund was established in 2002 to benefit The Chorale by providing monies dedicated to the enhancement of concerts or to fund special projects sponsored The Reston Chorale.
