2022 Annual Report
Northern Virginia is in an extraordinary moment of renewal. The local economy is driving the entire region's growth with a record surge in entrepreneurial startups and many more job openings than can be filled. There is a palpable sense of interconnectedness, creativity, and rebirth. It is a time of rousing renewal for the region, and for the Community Foundation as well- as we've worked on addressing the mental health needs of Northern Virginians, and adopted a strategic plan around four pillars of engagement- social and economic mobility, racial justice and equity, inclusive systems of economic growth, and community resilience.DOWNLOAD
