William J. Foreman Memorial Scholarship Fund
Fairfax

Will had a generous heart, a loving spirit and was drawn to helping those less fortunate than himself. He had faced personal adversity during his high school years but successfully overcame it to graduate and begin his college studies in computer science. This scholarship in Will's memory was founded to help other high school seniors who faced significant adversity during their high school experiences yet successfully overcame the challenges to graduate and now need financial assistance to attend college.
