About the 2023 Community Leadership Honoree
Sumeet Shrivastava
A pillar of the Gala celebration each year is the Community Leadership Award, presented annually for outstanding community service and dedication to improving the quality of life for all Northern Virginians. This year’s award will be presented to Sumeet Shrivastava.Sumeet Shrivastava is a seasoned business executive, philanthropist, and a proud Northern Virginian who believes that when young people have the tools and opportunities within their own communities to learn, grow, and thrive, the sky's the limit. A product of the Fairfax County public school system, Sumeet has leveraged his success as a government contracting executive with three decades of experience to give back to the community and region that raised him.
